Taking Syn-Fit 
Take one capsule in the morning with water, 30 minutes before eating.
We recommend taking Syn-Fit within the framework of a professionally-supervised program encompassing diet and an exercise program. Within such a program, independent studies indicate a significantly enhanced rate of fat loss.
The ingredients in Syn-Fit have been categorized by the FDA as generally recognized as safe. Please consult with your physician.
Syn-Fit can be taken with in combination with other supplements you may be taking.
Some users may experience mild gastric discomfort for a few days, but this generally passes quickly. Most will have no side effects.
Syn-Fit – like most supplements – has not been tested in pregnancy, thus we do not recommend taking it during a pregnancy. For further information please consult with your physician or obstetrician.
Store Syn-Fit at low room temperature (68°F/20°C or less), or else in the fridge. We recommend using within the Expiry date stamped on the bottle to ensure optimal concentration of the probiotics.
